The Noise Project Challenge 1: The Pulse
The first challenge was:
If your city had a defining sound, a defining pulse, a defining heartbeat, what would it sound like? look like? or feel like? ... where would you go to find it?
This challenge was e-mailed to us on the eve of the James Street Art Crawl. On Friday and Saturday we explored all of our favourite parts of the city, recording sounds, observing, and taking notes.
I moved to Hamilton in 2007 and I found the people make this city, therefore, it was very easy for me to know the pulse of our city is the people. We travel through this city by car, bus, sidewalk, biking, and through all the nature trails.
